Welcome to today's adventure in "I'm on Observation Duty Secret Ending?!" where I went back to play the first I'm on Observation Duty game and found a secret ending! Once you pick the Old House, at 1 a.m. an audio will play in the kitchen when clicking on the wall, it tells you to enter Nelson Mandela's year of passing (2013) in the balcony at 3:30 a.m. which takes you to a screen saying "Open Your Eyes" with the option Yes and No. Clicking yes takes you to a room with Timothy who stares at you in front of a painting. Clicking on the painting's eyes will uncover 2 hash marks that you can click on to play 2 morse codes. The codes translate to "Just Wait" and after waiting the screen will change to text saying "Timothy Keeps Waiting" with a yes and no choice.

Your job is to monitor live surveillance camera footage and spot anomalies in the monitored rooms. Anomalies range from furniture movement to otherworldly intruders. When you spot an anomaly you have to file a report to fix it. You will need sharp eyes and good memory to survive the entire night.
