Ingredients :
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
150g sugar
120 ml oil
150 ml milk
250g flour
15g baking powder
for topping :
1 large apple
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp butter
1tbsp apricot jam
mold size :24cm
bake at 180 degrees c for 35_45 minutes
