Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 2 + 2 Tablespoons
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 10 Nos (Sliced)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 1+2 Sprigs
Grated Coconut (തേങ്ങ ചിരണ്ടിയത്) - ¾ Cup
Fennel Seeds (പെരുംജീരകം) - ½ Teaspoon
Cardamom (ഏലക്ക) - 2 Nos
Cloves (ഗ്രാമ്പൂ) - 5 Nos
Cinnamon Stick (കറുവപ്പട്ട) - 1 Inch Piece
Black Pepper (കുരുമുളക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 1½ Inch Piece (Chopped)
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 6 Cloves (Chopped)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 1 Nos (Chopped)
Onion (സവോള) - 2 Nos (250 gm) - Sliced
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 + ½ Teaspoon
Tomato (തക്കാളി) - 1 No (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) - 2 Tablespoons
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - ¾ Tablespoon
Chicken Masala (ചിക്കൻ മസാല) - 1 Tablespoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - 2 Cups (500 ml)
