All right, let’s see if the titanium 125 will weld 1/4in thick steel. Flux core wire is known for solid penetration (much better than hardwire short circuit mig) but is 125 amps enough to fuse a root on 1/4in steel? Wire used was us forge .030 wire. I will do another video using Lincoln’s to see if there is a improvement on the porosity issue.
