**A Rare Türler Omega Seamaster | LUG2LUG**
There’s a world of vintage watches, with its own dedicated and insatiable collectors, marked by these second “sellers” stamps – tattoos of their original homes. We’ll get back to that.For now, lets talk about its size, aesthetic and movement.
While 34mm, its favorable dial to case ratio, paired with its gorgeous convex acrylic crystal, give it an impressive feeling on the wrist. Its crosshair dial, which was likely silver originally, has patinated to a total unique and absolutely gorgeous rose with natural inconsistencies. And its movement, the ultra accurate Automatic winding 562 caliber has been totally overhauled for years of enjoyment.
Even if we left it right there, this is a vintage watch to long for. But now, the cherry on top. That little Turler stamp! Not only do those 6 letters, one with an umlaut, make this an extremely rare Omega but they give us a vision back to its sale – on a fine, probably brisk Swiss day back in 1959, a watch geek stumbled into the famous watch shop and made this Seamaster his own. How cool is that?
