In the wake of Red Letter Media's nice re:View of this horror classic and their explicit praise of the music, why not have a suite of Kilar's wonderfully lush score? Since the album was an improvisation off of Kilar not delivering enough material for either the film or a soundtrack release, the album edit had to rely on some weird choices to juice up about 25 minutes of original material to album length. I did this suite to create a concert-like experience of the score's highlights without the distracting intrusions of a music editor trying to make little work like a lot.
