Based on the novel by Thomas Mallon, Fellow Travelers chronicles the volatile romance of two men whose romance blossoms just as McCarthyism, one of the darkest periods in 20th-century American history, sweeps America.
Over the course of four decades, we follow five main characters through the Vietnam War protests of the 1960s and drug-fuelled disco hedonism of the 1970s, to the AIDS crisis of the 1980s, while facing obstacles in the world and in themselves.
#FellowTravelers premieres Friday 27 October on streaming and on demand for all SHOWTIME and Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers in the US before making its on-air debut on SHOWTIME on Sunday 29 October.
Internationally, the series will premiere 27 October on Paramount+ in Canada and on 28 October in the UK, Australia, Latin America, South Korea, Italy, Germany Switzerland and Austria.
