With 2022 coming to end Andy wanted to finish the year with a bang. Whilst having a chat we came up with the idea of trying to pace him to a new 5K PB at the New Years Eve Arrow Valley Parkrun. His current PB stood at 22:11 which was already a big improvement on his time from the start of the year. I knew he had it in him but could we bring out the best in Andy and break 22 to end 2022?
