1/4 cup Rajma (kidney beans) Soaked for 12 hours
1 finely chopped onion
Paste of 3 tomatoes
Salt to taste
Ghee 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger and garlic 1/2 cup
Asafoetida 1 tsp
Green chilis 3 chopped
Whole red chilis 4
1 tablespoon Garam Masala
2 tbsp salt
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
