Minister of Education and sports Janet Kataaha Museveni has urged Government institutions of higher learning to attract partnerships in supplementing resources.
The minister was represented by the state minister for higher education Dr. John Chrysostom Muyingo at the 18th Graduation ceremony of Kyambogo University says this outsourced funding will enhance more innovation.
