Sgt. Baker has lost a friend, but has gained an assault team. He must compose himself, and lead them to Saint-Côme-du-Mont on D+3.
Dead Man's Corner became a notable landmark during the Allied invasion of Normandy. Earning it's name from a destroyed Stuart tank, that was left at the intersection for days. With the body of it's commander hanging out of the turret. Located at the fork of the D-974 and D-913 roads south of Saint-Côme-du-Mont, it was a strategically important location. From here, American paratroopers were able to advance on Saint-Côme-du-Mont from the south.
