Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez has moved the Delhi High Court, seeking quashing of a money laundering case against her. Fernandez has challenged the Enforcement Directorate's complaint and their supplementary chargesheet naming her as an accused in the Rs 200 crore extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
The petition mentions that in the case registered by Delhi Police, Fernandez has been presented as a "prosecution witness". The petition argues that this leads to "favourable conclusion" in Fernandez's favour.
