Troubleshooting

A factory reset can be used to restore all features to their factory settings and delete all previous Bluetooth pairings from memory. To reset your AirHooks Pro:
1. Place the earpieces into the case
2. Press and hold the sync button on the case until the battery lights on the front of the case flash 3 times (approximately 5s). Once the reset is complete, the earpieces will go directly into pairing mode.
