► An inquiry has heard agonising details of missed opportunites to stop a suicide bomber moments before he killed 22 people at Manchester Arena in 2017.
Salman Abedi was spotted acting suspiciously before he detonated the bomb, but nothing was done.
Details came on the first day of the public inquiry, which began with a minute's silence.
