Each footage has a different exposure and aperture, but I set the two cameras to be as similar as possible.
In the case of the GH6, the high bitrate allows you to see details in shadows and highlights. In particular, in the 1:40 part of this video, if you look at the wooden building and the roof tile of the building behind it, you can see a stark difference.
(Of course, differences in depth of field cannot be ruled out either.)
In conclusion, for internal recordings, the GH6's recording quality is slightly better, despite the small crop sensor. If both cameras record in RAW quality, the A7S3 will outperform in almost every way.
