About Casamigos Blanco:
100% Blue Weber agaves from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
They also use extra slow fermentation, which they describe as painstakingly slow. Guess what else they say is slow? The cooking process. They roast the agave pinas slowly, and they even include traditional brick ovens.
The aroma hints of citrus and sweet agave. The flavor is fruit forward with notes of vanilla and grapefruit. All the water used to cut this tequila is purified.
