2. Clove - 5 pieces
3. Mace - 1 piece
4. Nutmeg - 1/8 piece
5. Cardamom- 5 pieces
For Biryani
1. Mutton with bone - 500 gms
2. Seeraga samba rice - 2 cups
3. Small onions - 1 cup or 150 grams
4. Garlic - 12 large cloves or 50 grams
5. Green chillies - 8 number
6. Ginger - 2 inch piece
7. Groundnut oil - 1/4 cup
8. Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp
9. Curd - 1/2 cup
10. Mint - 1 handful
11. Coriander leaves - 2 handful
12. Lemon - 1/2 tsp
13. Ghee - 2 tbsp
14. Salt to taste
