High water levels on the site of the Muskegon Veterans Memorial Project made it hard to install site lighting foundations so the electrical engineer chose Pole Base to get the project rolling!
Larry Ward of Hooker DeJong Inc. designed 84 precast concrete light pole bases into the site lighting portion of the project.
Each base was equipped with additional conduit piping for irrigation lines that could water potted plants that would hang from the light poles, adding to the beauty of the park!
Vick Hill of Strain Electric installed all the bases on-site and was sped up considerably due to fast installation times and the ability to install in rain and high water levels on-site.
