In this video Rory (The Love Chat) discusses the question of breadcrumbs from your EX! What are breadcrumbs and why do we get them? Breadcrumbs from your EX or other dating scenarios are basically bits of contact from your EX or former romantic partner that are designed to get you thinking about and chasing them. When an EX breadcrumbs you it usually means that they are missing you or thinking about you and don’t want to fully let you go – but they don’t want to commit either.
Rory (The Love Chat) suggests ignoring any breadcrumbs from your EX and instead only engage with your EX if they directly reach out to you! If your EX wants to talk with you then they must directly message you and then you can respond however you should not do so if your EX or former partner breadcrumbs you.
