Nearly 100 people have been killed and dozens are missing after Tropical storm Tembin hit the southern Philippines, triggering mudslides and flooding, police and disaster officials said. Sixty-four people had been reported as missing, they added. The weather bureau said the storm had gathered strength over the Sulu Sea with winds of up 80 k/mh (50 mph) and moving west at 20 k/hm
