This is a comprehensive tutorial on the basics of how to fight zombies and not die in 7 Days to Die. The methods discussed primarily cover the basics of zombie fighting behavior and the movement and tactics needed to counter it. Armor is not covered in this tutorial, as well as the most optimal way to use skill points. What I show is how I personally like to use them. I found that when I started to improve my movement and positioning, skill points became less of a concern, though some are still very important to me such as Parkour and Run and Gun (more mobility = more time alive). There are plenty of videos that you can check out on YouTube that cover skill point implementation much more in depth. But the strategies shown in this video, I find, are much more important to survival when fighting, and can be applied at all stages of the game - early, mid and late.
