'Cooking with Cheese', by Better Homes and Gardens, was published in 1966 but the cheese knowledge still holds up today!

If you know nothing about cheese, this is still a great book to use for a quick introduction to some common types you'll encounter at the supermarket, as well as how to store and take care of them.

And then there's the recipes... pastas, sandwiches, loaves, rings, breads and cakes. Cheese shows off how versatile it is.

The retro recipes are simple; the pictures are delightful. I recommend picking it up for a read if you ever come across it!
