clutch separating problems? one of the reasons (mostly there is more than one) might be ur clutch cover, the tolerances are up to 2,2mm (thats a lot for a clutch!) acc to my measurments over the years. AND some more good2know tips around the clutch cover.

history: once i had a freshly pimped and serviced polini 177 engine, massive clutch separating probs. clutch in&out&in&out&in&out AAAAH!! (was a v2 teninch cnc basket, i knew it works without a spacer) couldnt find the reason, as it was fine on the workbench = means its either the engine case (yesyes of course also tolerances there) or the cover. it was the cover. since then checking the cover is standard for every engine.
