okay azure | install spring tool suite 4.8.x Windows 10 | STS Installation | 2 ways to install
1. Download the STS jar file

2. Pre-requisite - Must have Java 8 or Higher Installed
3. Installation approach -1
Right click and Extract the JAR file, you will see another zip (contents.zip)
Extract the contents.zip as well
Contents folder will have sts 4.8.x release package
Double click on SpringTooSuite4.exe
4. Approach 2
Right click on the JAR file and click Open or Open with then Java Platform Binary
