GORGEOUS BEAUTY THE IVY COTTAGE - HOCKING HILLS - BARNDOMINIUM

We are Nestled on 13 acres of wooded terrain perfect for hiking in Hocking Hills, Logan Ohio. We are right on OH-664, just 2 mins from the entrance of The Famous Old Man’s Cave. Ivy Cottage is a Barndominium.. what is this you say?? It’s a cozy barn with a modern twist. Black metal exterior with white oak beams and cedar accents.

Sorry No four wheelers or side-by-side UTV’s are allowed to be ridden on the property.
The space

OUTSIDE
A large cozy scenic front porch for rocking. The back deck has a hot tub for after a long day of hiking, outdoor Fire Pit for cozy fires and a grill for evening cookouts.

INSIDE
The interior of this modern barn has white shiplap walls with sliding barn doors. Queen bed’s and 2 full size bunk bedroom for children of all ages. Full kitchen with vaulted ceilings and our great room has a cozy gas fireplace. WiFi for Netflix, smart TV’s are in all 3 bedrooms and the great room.
