It is performed by accurately reshaping the cornea surface using a low and precise energy laser, without a flap creation or using a blade.
TransPRK is performed with the SCHWIND Amaris laser machine, which does not involve sharp surgical instruments touching the eye and does not create a suction on the eye. The entire treatment is fully customized based on the individual measurements taken for each eye.
