About 5 years ago we picked up a BSN Sports Bulldog Baseball/Softball pitching machine to be used in our machine pitch baseball program (which is ages 7-9). The pitching machine has worked so well and been so durable that we recently picked up another one for our program as well. Although it only throws fastballs, it does throw consistent plus is easy to put up, break down, transport and store when not in use.

✅ Easy to adjust Speeds
The working speeds on this range from 30-60 mph and are adjusted by a nob with settings between 1-10. For our machine pitch league we want the pitches coming in between 38-40 mph and we would set the machine on 7 to achieve that speed.

✅ Throw baseballs as well as 11" or 12" softballs
The BSN Bulldog pitching machine can throw both regular baseballs or softballs as well as the yellow dimpled balls as well.

✅ Easy to power up and transport as well!
The BSN Bulldog Runs on 110 volt AC or generator 1/4 HP D.C. motor. The lightweight design lets you move the pitching machine around with ease, transport and store without any issues as well.

✅ Urethane Wheel
The durable urethane wheel works for the long haul and means you don't have to worry about running into a flat wheel or worry about air pressure issues.

So... Is the BSN Sports Bulldog Baseball Softball pitching machine worth the money? After fully testing this thing out and owning two of them over the past few years I'd say yes. While its definitely not the best baseball / softball pitching machine on the market, it costs about 1/2 to 3/4 less than those machines and throws a consistent pitch.
