Hello all, ive posted my video, I've made, about the strong winds at the Tay Road Bridge, joining the City of Dundee ,with the Scottish Fife Region.
The winds were strong, and the carriageways were both open ,to cars and single decker buses,(closed to high sided vehicles and double decker buses),and the central walkway was also closed !!!.
There are a few points I'd like to make regarding this situation.
