Chilli Oil recipe:
500ml/17 fluid ounces
5-10 whole dried red chillies
25g/0.88 ounces black peppercorns
25g/0.88 ounces chilli flakes

Mix all the ingredients in the olive oil in a glass bottle, cover and allow to infuse for at least 2 weeks in the larder/cupboard. This chilli oil will keep for many months, but remember it will keep getting hotter.
