Approval Flow is

1. Generated request DLT will approve
2. Then it will go to SMS provider for approval. Once it approved there
3. You will have to approve to complete the chain

SMS Undelivered?

Operators are live with PE-TM Binding. Multiple emails from operators are sent on this to customers directly on your DLT registered email ID.

Login to DLT portal and add our TM ID under PE-TM CHAINS, the process on how to add, please check with the DLT operator or just navigate through the DLT and you will be able to find out.

“Name of your SMS Provider” and TM ID “ID of your provider” - Take these details from SMS Service Provider
