I have not done a water change on my arowana fish tank for more than 2 MONTHS! I've been away in Japan (my home country) getting my drivers license so my mum has been looking after my asian arowana. All I asked my mum to do was to feed my arowana a couple times a week and no water changes as that would be too much to ask for as my mum is a really busy person.
My arowana and angelfish were fed about two or three times a week and they are doing perfectly fine. My L24 Redfin Cactus pleco is also doing really well and eating his pellets. Now that I am back, I will start feeding my fish daily and do lots of water changes.
