The Padma Bridge is a multipurpose road-rail bridge throughout the Padma River beneath building in Bangladesh. It will join Louhajong, Munshiganj to Shariatpur and Madaripur, linking the south-west of the country, to northern and japanese regions.
The size of the bridge is 2.11 km with a width of 4.5 m and a important span of one hundred forty five m. The bridge is being developed via China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC).
The assignment consists of development of 4 viaducts - three on every aspect - consisting of one at mid-span. Each viaduct consists of 4 spans and two piers. In addition, there will be two lengthy strategy spans for every facet of the central pier.
