After "All Falls Down" and "Make Me (Cry)," Noah Cyrus has proven her skills at steering a fetching pop song towards success. From MØ to Marshmello, she's collaborated with, and earned the respect of, an array of her contemporaries. Her latest track "July" perfectly captures a certain summer sadness, and does so as it shows off the lilt of her voice. We thought it would be perfect for a stripped-down love version, and when Noah left the Vevo studios, we knew our hunch paid off.
