RECIPE: Tap Here ⬇️ Mexican-Style Bean Bowl
½ cup Kidney Beans
½ cup Pinto Beans
½ Navy Beans
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp garlic granules
¼ tsp cumin powder
⅛ tsp cinnamon powder
Pinch cayenne
Salt to taste.
Combine beans and spices and mix to combine. (This makes enough for 2-3 bowls)
Assembling the bowl:
Start with a base of millet or quinoa ( I used a Mexican-Style, black bean millet), spiced mexican beans, guacamole ( SEE REELS), corn, tomatoes and lettuce or your choice of toppings.
Pour cheese sauce (See my vegan cheese sauce short ) over top. Enjoy!
