Let’s make my super quick, 10 minutes YOGHURT PIZZA! It is so soft and crispy at the same time and you will never make a pizza other way again! Are you going to try it? #shorts
Ingredients (makes 1 pizza):
-150g self raising flour
-150g plain Greek yoghurt
In a bowl, mix your flour with yoghurt (you can also add a pinch of salt if you like). Knead your dough for about 10 mins or until your form a smooth ball (In the beginning it will look like the ingredients won’t mix properly together but trust Bello and keep kneading).
Place your dough on a surface and roll it out until sexy!
Heat a couple of spoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat (it will take approximately 2 mins). Then add your pizza dough and cook for 2 mins.
Flip your pizza and lower the heat to medium-low. Add your 4 tablespoons of tomato passata, 4 tablespoons of pizza mozzarella and your favourite toppings! (I chose pepperoni and oregano). Cover with a lid and cook until the mozzarella melts. (It took about 10 mins on a low flame, but make sure you don’t burn the bottom so check from time to time).
At the very end you can also place your pizza under the oven grill for a couple of mins to make it nice and crispy!
