In this video we will see how to make badusha at home in Tamil. Badusha recipe is quite easy to make but many of us might think that the recipe is complicated but there are only a few tricks to follow which will result in a perfect badusha at home. For badusha to soak in the sugar syrup the dough has to be flaky if we make a very smooth dough the badusha will have a smooth surface and will look nice but will not have the cracks and ridges which are essential for absorbing the sugar syrup. I have added some cardamom and saffron to the sugar syrup and lemon juice is added to prevent the sugar from forming crystals when cooled.
