#agile is built on values and principles, as is #scrum, one of the lightweight #agileframeworks developed to enable #agility. These values and principles foster environments where individuals can excel and collaborate toward great solutions that truly delight customers.
That said, it is the real world, and the real world is filled with passionate, complex people so it's inevitable that conflict is going to arise. In the case of a #scrummaster who is working with multiple #scrumteams, it is inevitable that conflict will arise between those two teams at some point in time.
So, how do you manage that? How do you resolve the conflict effectively? How do you create an environment where respectful, healthy conflict is a great indicator of a high-performing culture?
In this short video, John McFadyen explains how you can help resolve conflicts between scrum teams.
