During this home inspection, these home buyers learned the base of their fireplace was cracked and would require repairing. I offered to do the repair, but it wasn't until we began cleaning it up that we realized just how big the damage was.
I used a specially rated Furnace Cement and it came out great. This was my first time using it and the consistency was easy to work with. I highly encourage anyone to complete this repair themselves and look forward to the next one!
