The Paphos archaeological site is frankly incredible! An amazing collection of mosaics from 4 colossal Roman houses, An Odeon, Agora, stone carved ancient church , or maybe it isn't! and a castle all on one site at Paphos Harbour. It is so clear why this is listed by UNESCO in the World Heritage of Cultural and National Treasures.

This is a must see if you are in Paphos Cyprus.

The Paphos Archaeological park is located here, with the entrance just off the harbour and right next to Paphos Castle.

It costs 4.50 Euros to enter as an adult in 2023.

Looking at it on the map it is absolutely huge.

On entry there is an App you can download with an audio guide, maps and other information. This is a big site so make sure you have good shoes and water, there is so much to see!

As an aside the App also has covers the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Medieval Castle, both well worth seeing!

There are a massive number of mosaics. These are the remains of 4 incredible Roman Villas and they just have incredible mosaics. The covered rooms contain some of the best ones but outside there are also some fantastic ones to see.
