RECIPE FOR CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE (you can use any also use milk or dark chocolate):
1. Ingredients for first layer:
150 grams of soft butter
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder
50 grams of sour cream
200 grams of sugar
2 eggs (medium sized)
150 ml milk
300 grams of flour
1. Preparation of first layer:
Stir dry ingredients
Add the remaining ingredients in and mix with a beater
Pour the mix into a greased 26 inch cake tin
Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
Remove from oven and leave to cool down
2. Ingredients for second layer: Mascarpone Blondie Caramel
150 grams of heavy cream
300 grams of mascarpone cheese
1-2 (100 grams) of salted caramel blondie chocolate(can replace with your choice of chocoalte)
2. Preparation for second layer:
Break the blondie chocolate into a bowl
Add heavy cream
Heat in the microwave for a minute and mix well
Add mascarpone cheese into the bowl and mix with the beater
Pour mix onto the prepared cake (first layer) and flatten the second layer
3. Ingredients for third layer: Ganache Blond Coconut Roasted
80 grams of heavy cream
2 (100 grams) packs of Blondie chocolate (or any flavour you like)
3. Preparation for third layer:
Break the blondie and drain into a bowl
Add heavy cream
Heat in a microwave for minute and mix well
Transfer to a pastry bag, decorate the cake with blondie cubes and drizzle the ganache over the second layer
4. Enjoy and keep in the fridge :)
