This festival is organized by The Greater Washington Chinese American Community, Coordination Council of Chinese American Associations, Chinese Alumni Associations of Greater Washington, Union of Chinese American Professional Organizations, Hope Chinese School, American Chinese School, and the Howard County Chinese School.
