TASTING NOTE
Our Wine Buff Mollie Battenhouse is tasting the 2012 Chateau Mezain, Bordeaux, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A grassy, fresh aroma with citrus and floral notes on the palate. Medium bodied with hints of melon, grapefruit and a mild spice.
This wine pairs well with: Calamari, Chicken, Grilled Vegetables, Pâté, Salty Dishes, Seabass with Cream Sauce and Lemon Zest, Seafood, Shrimp on Grill, Spicy Shrimp, Spring Salad with Pea Shoots
