How to Build Your Own Yoga Class Sequence
Relaxing (3 - 5 minutes)
Warm Up/joints movements (5 - 10 minutes)
Sun/Moon Salutations (10 minutes)
Standing pose (5 - 10 minutes)
Kneeling/Seated pose (5 - 10 minutes)
Prone/Supine Postures (5 - 10 minutes)
Inversion/ peak pose (5 - 10 minutes)
Savasana (5 - 10 minutes)
This is just an idea that may help you create a yoga sequence. with time you will be more comfortable. as a new yoga teacher, this may be a good sequence.
