Definitely a bucket list experience in Brazil! The train from Curitiba to Morretes is an absolutely stunning journey through the Atlantic forest biome and can be done in style with glass train carriages and meal service. This is the most popular day trip out of Curitiba and now I can see why. Morretes is a very charming colonial city where you feel like you are stepping back in time. Make sure you also try a local culinary specialty called Barreado. Definitely a once in a lifetime experience!
