Want to save money? Stop going to the grocery store for ingredients you probably already have! But seriously, don’t you hate when a recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and you end up with a half full can sitting in the back of your fridge until you realize you forgot about it and have to toss it in the trash.......? Yeah, me too. Next time, skip the waste. Simply grab a can of tomato paste and open it from BOTH sides. Slide the tomato paste out (this part is so satisfying 💆♀️ ), then spoon it into @cookanyday 2-tablespoon freezer trays. Smooth it out, pop on the silicone lid, and tuck it in the freezer until you’re ready to use it. Once they’re frozen, I like to pop them in a @stasherbag so that I can use my trays again right away! Now, whenever a recipe calls for tomato paste, I’ve got it in the bag, literally.
