Went on one of my favorite hikes on Mount Charleston , Nevada . It's just an hour outside of Las Vegas and has several trails to do at different difficulty levels . The Bristlecone Trail is not really a difficult trail , but 6 miles long , plus the walk back to your car at whichever end you started at . Yes , there is still snow in patches on the mountain and surprisingly lots still on the trail and it's April . Ran into knee high deep snow at some points and actually went through a drop that was almost waist high . Life is an adventure and you have to live it .
