Best Buffets Manila Episode 11: The Alley by Vikings Street Food Buffet. The Alley by Vikings is an international street food inspired food hall with 15 unique food concepts to choose from. Today we check out the newly opened and largest branch at Ayala Malls Cloverleaf Balintawak. A truly unique buffet experience awaits you here which will take you around the world from Chinese dimsum to Italian pizzas and pasta, salad station, Sizzling tenderloin steaks, burgers, wings, sushi, sashimi, tempura, batchoy, bagnet and Pampangan dishes for the brave souls - our personal favorite from thet whole buffet is their seafood in a Pan, sauteed new zealand mussels and prawns. For refreshments they offer infused waters, iced teas, sodas, international selection of canned and draft beers as well as a cocktail and shake of the day. For desserts they have Churros, Assorted Cakes and Ice Cream, a coffee and tea bar and local Filipino delicacies like bibinka, puto bumbong and taho, Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this buffet and highly recommend the Seafood in a Pan, Salmon Sashimi, Salad Bar, Sizzling Tenderloin Steak, Truffled Mushroom Pasta, Cookies and Cream and Pistachio Ice Cream and Oreo Cheesecake. For refreshments we focused on Taiwan Beer, Snow Beer as well as the Cocktail and Shake of the day! Take note the buffet is the same for lunch and dinner weekday or weekend, alcoholic beverages are also served during every service but take note wine and hard liquor are not part of the buffet and may be purchased separately.
