I just found a great sale on a 4.5 Quart Kitchenaid mixer model KSM75WH1 on Amazon ([ Ссылка ]) and here is my unboxing and first impressions of this outstanding kitchen appliance.
First let me tell you that I love to cook, bake and overall experiment with new recipes in the kitchen so I have had my heart set on a brand new Kitchenaid mixer for quite some time, however they are not the cheapest appliance you can buy, so I have put off getting one for quite a long time. Now since you are watching my video and reading this I am just going to assume that you are also very interested in getting one for yourself. So read on my and see what my first impressions were of this awesome stand mixer.
The first thing I noticed about the box when it came is that it has some significant weight to it so be careful when you pick it up. I anxiously put it on my kitchen counter as you see in my video and unbox it for the first time. So here is a breakdown of what comes with the KitchenAid KSM75WH1:
The KitchenAid Classic Plus Stand Mixer:
The actual mixer I purchased is a white model with a 275 watt motor. Once I took it out of the Styrofoam I found out where all of the weight in the box came from. The actual mixer is built out of heavy duty metal covered in a beautiful glossy paint. You definitely can feel the quality the second you hold it in your hands.
4.5 Quart (4.3L) Stainless Steel Bowl:
There is not too much to say about the bowl is that it also feels great in your hands. I often wondered how it mixes everything even the bits at the bottom, and once I got one and held it I noticed there is a little bump at the bottom of it. That little bump is engineered to lift everything up to the mixing blades. The bottom of the bowl on the outside has little ridges that lock it into place on the mixers base.
Flat Beater:
I was pleasantly surprised about the attachments that come with it. The flat beater is made out of heavy duty metal that is coated in a similar metallic glossy paint that matches the mixers body. From the pictures on Amazon when I bought it I thought they were plastic so you can imagine how excited I was to find out they are heavy duty metal. The flat beater is good to thoroughly mix ingredients such as cake batter.
Dough Hook:
This is another attachment that is made out of metal with a white paint finish. This is great for mixing bread dough. I love making bread and now I will be able to turn out bakery quality breads without all that manual kneading of dough.
Wire Whip:
The wire whip is a fancy whisk that attaches to the KitchenAid mixer. This is also made out of metal, however the metal it is made from is more like the steel that makes up the mixing bowl. The one warning about the wire whip is that the instruction manual says you can’t put the whip in a dishwasher. It does not tell you why not but I will head it’s warning and not put it in there.
Kitchenaid Mixer Manual:
This is a standard manual that you would get with any kitchen appliance. It details how to use it and how to troubleshoot it.
Kitchenaid Recipe Book:
The mixer comes with a nicely wire bound recipe book that is chock full of recipes that you can use to make lots of good eats.
