In today's lesson, we will teach you how to create an Outlook Calendar Invite.
Open Outlook.
Click on 'New Items' in the top left corner. Choose 'Meeting'. You can edit meeting information in the new window.
Add the recipients of the invite.
Enter the subject and the location of the meeting. Set the start and the end time. If you have an All-day event, check this option.
If you go to 'Options' box and click on 'Recurrence', you can schedule the recurrence of the event. You can also set a reminder about the event, under the same 'Options' box, for example, 30minutes before it.
Click on 'Send' when you're done filling in all the information.
