Kirinyaga Governor and former devolution minister, Anne Waiguru, and Deputy President, William Ruto, appear to have mended fences publicly, after a spat over the loss of monies at the NYS. The Deputy President says it is time for all elected leaders in Jubilee to put away their political bickering, and find a working formula.
